We approach every flooring installation by checking the substrate first. Concrete gets moisture-tested. Wood subfloors get checked for level, fasteners, and structural soundness. Bathroom and laundry floors get proper waterproofing under tile — not optional, even on small jobs. Then the right underlayment goes down for the product, the planks or tiles get set with care, and the transitions to other rooms get planned so nothing looks like an afterthought.
We install hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, ceramic and porcelain tile. We don’t touch floor types we haven’t done well — keeps our quality consistent.
