I had a roof leak during a storm.  They came out immediately to address the issue.  Did a full roof evaluation.  Very good price to fully repair the leaking area and address other areas that needed attention. Great customer service.  Great communication.  Fast response.  Quality work.  I would highly recommend them and would use their services again when needing any roof work. I also used them for some flooring work. The materials used are high quality, and the workmanship truly shows. Rafael was very detailed in explaining the entire roofing process, and communication was clear and effective from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions and assisted me with choosing the right color to match my home. He was professional, honest, trustworthy, and transparent with pricing. I recently had both my roof and flooring replaced in my newly purchased home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, American Top Roofing & Restoration handled everything with professionalism and expertise. As a Type B perfectionist, I tend to have pretty high standards, but I never once had to question their work or attention to detail—everything was handled exactly as outlined from the beginning. The crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and exceeded my expectations. Project Manager Rafael Mirabal was always available to answer my questions and explain things clearly. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the process, and I truly appreciated his patience and professionalism. The team also kept my property clean throughout the job—no mess, no damage to landscaping, and almost no trace of the old materials once the project was complete. My new roof and floors look fantastic, and I was especially impressed to learn about the upgrades they included. These improvements should help keep my home cooler during the hot Georgia summers and reduce the risk of mold—something I hadn’t even considered but now greatly value. After installation, I had a couple of follow-up questions. Rafael promptly came out, showed me pictures and diagrams, and explained that what I thought might be an error was actually a thoughtful improvement and an industry standard. That level of responsiveness and care really stood out to me. Rafael is professional, respectful, responsive, and incredibly reliable. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are unmatched. I wouldn’t trust any other company for contracting, restoration, or mitigation services. We were extremely happy with the VP flooring from American Top Roofing. Rafael was excellent in communicating with us on times and installation and the crew that installed it was fabulous. They did everything we asked of them. Because of the quality job they did on our basement we decided to have them do our bonus room/office. Great job guys!
